A full architectural service will cover all work stages including, feasibility, planning applications, building warrant applications, construction and tender drawings and carrying out site inspections and contract administration during the construction phase. The practice can also tailor its architectural service for each project to provide the work packages that the Client requires. Fee quotations are itemised for each work package and stage payments due on the completion of each stage.
