Planning permission and building warrant have been obtained for a new build single storey house in North Uist. The house is located on the North shore of North Uist on a small bay. The design provides a simple but exciting solution to maximize the view and minimise circulation space.  There is a central open plan living room with large windows and patio doors to the North and a long landscape format window to the South facing kitchen area. There are two bedrooms one at either gable end, each with sea views.

Works are to commence on site in April 2020.
