The client purchased the schoolhouse in 2014 with a view to carry out a full renovation of the former school and cottage. The former school rooms have been stripped out and two large living areas formed. A mezzanine living room and bedroom have been removed to form a double height kitchen and dining room with a new wood burning stove. The new kitchen and living room is divided by way of a large glazed Crittal screen. The cottage has been fully renovated and upgraded with new bathroom suites, heating system and interior finishes. A new utility room has also been built to the rear of the house. Finishes to the interior include polished concrete floors, glazed doors, feature lighting, bespoke kitchen units and floor to ceiling made to measure shelving.

The project is complete and furnished by the Client with an amazing collection of vintage and salvaged pieces.  The Schoolhouse is available for Holiday let at;
